Note: SC Helmondia played their football at Sportpark De Braak from the club's foundation in October 1916 onwards. In 1955, a merger was concluded with Kolping SDW, as the new club chose to be known as RKSV Helmondia '55 from that time onwards; that same year, professional league football was introduced in the Netherlands and Helmondia '55 chose to accede to the ranks of the professional leagues - where it has played ever since, nowadays under the name Helmond Sport. In 1967, that name was adopted as Helmondia was split into a professional branch and a non-league branch which continued life under the old name on the pitch on the immediate eastern side of the stadium
