BELGIUM: RFC Renaisien (1922-1987) / KSK Ronse (1987-1988) / FC Sint-Hermes Ronse (2016-2017)

Parc Lagache, Ronse (formerly RFC Renaisien, KSK Ronse, FC Lindsay Cleaning Ronse & FC Sint-Hermes Ronse)

Belgium, province: East Flanders

6 V 2017 / FC Sint-Hermes Ronse - Eendracht Grammene 0-6 / VLVB, Saturday Division 2C

Note 1: When RFC Renaisien merged with ASSA Ronse to become KSK Ronse in 1987, the newly formed club played one more season at Renaisien's ground (which, then, still had a covered main stand behind the dug-outs). Afterwards, several clubs not affiliated to the Belgian Football Association played their football here, amongst which FC Lindsay Cleaning Ronse and, albeit only for one season, FC Sint-Hermes Ronse. The second half of the photo series below shows the last game played at this ground ever before it was knocked down.

Note 2: Vlaanderens Liefhebbers Voetbalbond (VLVB) is a league of Flemish amateur teams in West-Flanders, East-Flanders and Hainaut not affiliated to the Royal Belgian Football Association. Under the auspices of VLVB, four Satuday championships and two Sunday championships are disputed.

Note 3: Below, a combination of two photo series: photos 2-12 date back to a non-matchday visit in April 2014; photos 1 & 13-31: match visit, May 2017. The aways of Eendracht Grammene had reason to celebrate, as, thanks to their win over Sint-Hermes, they crowned themselves champions of their league.
