Note: SK Sint-Pieters Merelbeke, founded in 1956 as FC Sint-Pieters Gent, were renamed SK Sint-Pieters Merelbeke in 1966 and SK Merelbeke in 1991. From 2017 onwards, FC Rangers Merelbeke, a club originally named FC Afro-Belge and hailing from Ghent, have been groundsharing with SK Merelbeke at the Zwijnaardsesteenweg ground.

FRANCE: Stade de Reims

Note 1: Stade de Reims, founded in 1931, have played at their current ground from 1935 onwards. Until 1945, it was known as the Stade Municipal; at war's end, the ground was renamed after Auguste Delaune, a local resistance fighter who had been tortured and murdered by the Germans. In 2004-2008, the original stadium was replaced by a completely new construction on the same site.
