Note 1: vv Armada, founded in 1936, merged with RKVV Obbicht in 2019, forming SV Argo. First team football moved to Obbicht's ground.
Note 2: due to a procedural mistake by the referee, changing the sequence of penalty taking halfway during the shoot-out from ABBA to ABAB, RKMVC appealed successfully against the result - and hence the shoot-out was taken up on the Wednesday evening following the match with each side's sixth penalty. In the end, the final result remained the same as Armada won the shoot-out for a second time.
