Note: SV Woumen, founded in 1981, moved into the ground shown in the pictures below in 1987; in 2012, the club withdrew their membership of the Belgian Football Association to join PERKEZ, a local league of recreational teams in West Flanders. In 2018, SV Woumen's only team became KSV Diksmuide's reserves, thus in effect re-joining the official Belgian FA under the flag of another club.
