- 1942 / Foundation of a football club in Revin, which takes on the name Union Sportive (US) Revinoise, almost always referred to as US Revin. More than likely, the club played at its current ground, the Stade Municipal at Rue des Bateaux, right from the start. The covered stand, later renamed Tribune Arthur-Martin for sponsorship reasons, was in place since 1945 at its latest.
- 1943 / US Revinoise joins the French Football Federation (FFF), Ligue Champagne-Ardenne, District Ardennes.
- 1949 / The first recorded success in club history, US Revin conquers the Coupe des Ardennes – officially called the Coupe Roger Posty – for the first time. The club goes on to win this trophy (later renamed Coupe Roger Marche) ten more times, a record (1957, 1959, 1962, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1992, 1994 & 1997).
- 1950 / US Revin wins the Coupe Goffette for the first time – going on to repeat that feat in 1991.
- 1951 / Winning promotion from the Ardennes’ District regional divisions, US Revin accedes to the Division d’Honneur of the Northeastern region, the third level of the French football pyramid at the time.
- 1954 / US Revin finishes as runners-up in the Northeastern Division d’Honneur, going on to repeat that performance in the following season.
- 1956 / After five years in the Division d’Honneur, US Revin drops back into the Ardennes’ District regional divisions.
- 1958 / US Revin manages a return to the northeastern Division d’Honneur.
- 1964 / Finishing bottom of the table in Division d’Honneur North-East, US Revin drops back into the Ardennes’ District regional divisions.
- 1967 / Winning the title in the Division d’Honneur Régionale, the sixth level of the football pyramid at the time, US Revin accedes to Promotion de Ligue.
- 1973 / Gaining the title in Promotion de Ligue, US Revin accedes to the Division d’Honneur Nord-Est, the fourth level of the French football pyramid.
- 1974 / Crowning themselves champions in Division d’Honneur Nord-Est, US Revin manages back-to-back promotions, acceding to Division 3, the third level of the French football pyramid. The successful coach is Téo Kandula.
- 1977 / Following one season in Division 3 East and two more in Division 3 North, US Revin now finishes bottom of the table in D3 North, dropping back into Division d’Honneur along with Amiens SC Reserves, SC Abbevillois, and Stade Hénin-Beaumont.
- 1978 / In a reorganisation of the French football pyramid, a Division 4 is inserted between D3 and Division d’Honneur – meaning that US Revin finds itself at the fifth league level from now on. That same year, Camille Titeux, a former resistance fighter and socialist mayor of Revin, passes away at the age of 68. The Stade Municipal at Rue des Bateaux is officially renamed Stade Municipal Camille Titeux in his honour.
- 1979 / Finishing in eleventh place in Division d’Honneur North-East, US Revin descends into the sixth level of French football – probably Promotion de Ligue.
- 1988 / Clinching the title in Promotion de Ligue, US Revin wins promotion to Division d’Honneur North-East after an absence of nine years at that level.
- 1989 / Suffering relegation from Division d’Honneur North-East after just one season, US Revin drops back into Promotion de Ligue – officially called Division d’Honneur Champagne-Ardenne. On a positive note, the club conquers the Coupe Pol Renoy for the first and only time in their history.
- 1991 / Coached by Etienne Martinot, US Revin reaches Round 8 (last 64) of the French Cup, in which the club is knocked out by Division 2 side AS Red Star 93 (0-1 A.E.T.).
- 1992 / US Revin finishes as runners-up in Division d’Honneur Champagne-Ardenne, 8 points behind champions Association Troyes Aube Champagne Reserves.
- 1997 / Finishing in second-last place in Division d’Honneur Champagne-Ardenne, US Revin descends into Excellence (level 7 of the French football pyramid at the time) along with bottom club ES Blagny.
- 2003 / US Revin suffers relegation from Excellence to the Ardennes’ highest district division, Excellence d’Ardennes.
- 2004 / Clinching the title in Excellence d’Ardennes, US Revin manages an immediate return to Excellence.
- 2005 / Clinching back-to-back promotions, US Revin wins promotion to Division d’Honneur Regionale, but holds out at that level for one or two seasons only before dropping back one level.
- 2008 / US Revin suffers a second relegation in two or three seasons, thus finding itself in Excellence – meanwhile the ninth tier of the French football pyramid.
- 2009 / Finishing as runners-up in Excellence behind local rivals Entente Revin-en-Orzy, US Revin wins promotion to Promotion de Ligue Champagne (level 8).
- 2011 / Upstart local rivals Entente Revin-en-Orzy are absorbed into US Revinoise in a merger in an attempt to create a stronger regional club.
- 2016 / Finishing in tenth place in Promotion de Ligue Champagne, US Revin drops back into Excellence Ardennes.
- 2017 / Finishing in tenth place in Excellence Ardennes, US Revin suffers back-to-back relegations, descending into Division 1 of the Ardennes’ District.
- 2018 / On November 26th, 2018, chunks of concrete of the Tribune Arthur-Martin at Stade Camille Titeux fall down from the construction. The stand is put under surveillance and closed for the general public.
- 2020 / Champions in Division 1 Ardennes, US Revin wins promotion to Régional 3. Meanwhile, the old Tribune Arthur-Michaux, dating back to the early 1940s, is knocked down at the behest of Revin’s municipal authorities in the summer or fall of 2020. Preceding that, a much smaller, 40 seat-prefab stand is erected on the opposite side of the ground in order to offer some shelter to spectators.
- 2022 / US Revin finishes as runners-up in Régional 3 (GDE-A), 16 points behind runaway champions Olympique Charleville.
- 2024 / Finishing bottom of the table in Régional 3 (GDE-A), US Revin suffers relegation to Division 1 Ardennes.
