Note: VC Vurste '92 (confusingly, given their name, founded in 1991) merged with SK Semmerzake in 2007, forming FC Vurste-Semmerzake. Since the merger, first team football took place at Semmerzake's ground at Aalbroek, whilst the pitch in Vurste remained in use for lower team football and training purposes. In 2012, however, Gavere's municipal administration decided to pass Vurste's Dierickx-Sportcomplex onto SC Dikkelvenne, who were in need of extra training facilities given the insufficient number of pitches of their own Marc Gevaertstadion.
