Note: Gold Star Middelkerke, founded in 1923 (matricule 354), merged with VV Leffinge in 2003, forming K Gold Star Middelkerke-Leffinge. In 2013, this club ceased all activities and was absorbed into SK Spermalie, which has henceforth borne the name SK Spermalie-Middelkerke. Since the demise of GS Middelkerke-Leffinge, the stadium in Middelkerke has been derelict.
