Note: vv Leeuwarden, founded in 1917, played at Sportpark Cambuur between 1936 and 2013, initially in the stadium proper. In 1964, vv Leeuwarden were split into a non-league branch, which retained the original name, and a professional side, SC Cambuur; the two groundshared in the stadium until 1994, when a separate clubhouse was constructed for vv Leeuwarden beside the pitch right behind the stadium's East Stand. In 2013, vv Leeuwarden merged with vv Rood Geel, becoming SC Leovardia. Since, vv Leeuwarden's premises have been left derelict as all football moved to Rood Geel's ground at Kalverdijkje.
