Simply photos of matchday and stadium visits, mainly in Belgium and the Netherlands, occasionally in Britain or farther afield. Additionally, some historical information about grounds and clubs is provided. Others call it 'groundhopping', whereas I prefer 'football tourism'... but things have run slightly out of control: therefore, this is Extreme Football Tourism.

Note: VV Sportief Sijsele, founded in 1946 as a recreational football club, did not become members of Belgium's Royal Football Association until 1974, receiving matricule 8143. At some point in their history, the club moved from a pitch at Gentsesteenweg to Sportcomplex 't Veld, though when exactly remains a mystery. They were joined at 't Veld in 1984 by a new club, Eendracht Sijsele (matricule 8952). In 1990, the two entities merged into one, becoming VV Verbroedering Sijsele, retaining Sportief's matricule. VV Verbroedering Sijsele changed their name in 2009 to become SVV Damme (SVV being the abbreviation for Sijseelse Voetbalvereniging). Finally, in 2020, SVV Damme concluded a merger with KFC Moerkerke, becoming KFC Damme. Henceforth, first team football has been played at Moerkerke's Sportpark Meuleweg, whilst the premises in Sijsele have remained in use for youth team football and training purposes.
