Note 1: vv Rijen is a merger of SV RAC and EVV '58 (2003). Prior to the merger, both clubs already played at the Vijf Eiken ground, though they occupied separate pitches.
Note 2: as a result of the victory over BSC (aggregate score: 8-5), vv Rijen achieved promotion to Sunday League 2, a level at which the club had not performed for 38 years.
