Note 1: In the promotion play-off final between RCS Bollandois (Provincial League 4G) and FC Chevron (Provincial League 4H), a single match had to bring the decision. After ninety goalless minutes, a penalty shoot-out had to bring the decision. After 14 spot kicks, home side Bolland could finally celebrate their return to Provincial League 3 after 18 consecutive years in "P4".

Note 2: Club Sportif (CS) Bollandois, founded in 1968, acquired membership of the Belgian Football Association in 1970, obtaining matricule 7500. For the first fourteen years of its existence, the club played at a ground situated near the Chapelle Notre-Dame des Vertus, until the move was made to the current ground in October 1982. In November 2021, the club became a Société Royale, changing its name to Royal Club Sportif (RCS) Bollandois.
