Note 1: the Oude Maas v Rijsoord encounter was abandoned after 39 minutes of play (scoreline 0-1) on April 2nd, 2016, due to the fact that the referee felt menaced after sending off Rijsoord's goalkeeper and awarding a penalty to the home team. The remaining 51 minutes on April 19th - with a different ref - were kicked off with the Oude Maas penalty which was converted (1-1).
Note 2: vv Oude Maas merged with their neighbours PSV Poortugaal to become SV Poortugaal in mid-2018. The neighbouring sports facilities of both clubs have been turned into one, with PSV Poortugaal's former main pitch as the venue for first team football.
