Note: FC Blaasveld, founded in 1968, played at two earlier grounds, the last one referred to as 'Den Akker' and situated at Mechelsesteenweg, before moving to their current ground in the summer of 2010. Rather unusually, since their fiftieth birthday, the club have adorned themselves with the prefix 'R.' or 'Royal' (instead of K. for the Dutch-language word 'Koninklijk'); asked about this, a club official explained this was not meant to be pronounced in French, but rather in English.
