Netherlands, province: South Holland = Zuid-Holland

9 VI 2012 / RKSV Leonidas - HHC Harde
nberg 4-2 / Nationwide Non-League Cup semifinal

Note: Rooms-Katholieke Sportvereniging Leonidas, founded in 1909, settled down at Sportcomplex Erasmuspad in August 1964. The club had their heyday in the years 2010-15, when Sunday Hoofdklasse and later even Sunday Topklasse was reached (the fourth and third tiers of the Netherlands' football pyramid) and the nationwide cup for non-league clubs was won (2012). Following financial difficulties, on November 1st, 2021, RKSV Leonidas were evicted from their premises at Erasmuspad by Rotterdam's town council, effectively heralding the death-knell for the club as a whole. Pitch 3 of the ground remained in use for training purposes by FC Banlieue, a club founded in mid-2021 as a breakaway of RKSV Leonidas; all of Banlieue's teams played their matches on the pitches of AGE-GGK in Rotterdam-Zestienhoven. In the summer of 2022, the premises will be taken over by RV&AV Steeds Hooger, who have to leave their ground, Sportcomplex Kanaalweg - which was subsequently occupied by the aforementioned FC Banlieue.
