Note: CS Ramegnies-Chin, founded in 1974, started life as a provincial league club in 1975. In 1992, a merger was concluded with FC Résidence Lamain, resulting in the foundation of FC Ramegnies-Lamain. It is beyond my knowledge where first team football took place following the merger. In 1997, FC Ramegnies-Lamain folded.
