BELGIUM: RFC Hollogne (1940-2002) / US Grâce-Hollogne (2014-2018)

Stade de la Piscine Communale, Grâce-Hollogne Hollogne-aux-Pierres (formerly RFC Hollogne)

Belgium, province: Liège = Luik

August 2021 / no match visited

Note: according to people I spoke to at the ground, this stadium used to be RFC Hollogne's home soil. FC Hollogne, founded in 1940, acquired the royal epithet in 1991. Eleven years later, the club merged with RDC Grâce to form RFC Grâce-Hollogne. The history of this club - how long it existed, when it ceased all activities, as well as where it played its first team football - is unknown to me. Apparently, Union Sportive Grâce-Hollogne used this pitch as well for the first four years of their existence (2014-2018) before moving away to the Stade du Corbeau. The ground in Hollogne-aux-Pierres does not host any serious football team today, not even in the recreational leagues. Only a women's club, FC Fémina Grâce-Hollogne, uses the ground.
