Simply photos of matchday and stadium visits, mainly in Belgium and the Netherlands, occasionally in Britain or farther afield. Additionally, some historical information about grounds and clubs is provided. Others call it 'groundhopping', whereas I prefer 'football tourism'... but things have run slightly out of control: therefore, this is Extreme Football Tourism.
Boleyn Ground = Upton Park, London = Londen Newham (formerly West Ham United FC) England, county: Greater London 10 IV 2004 / West Ham United FC - Derby County FC 0-0 / Football League Championship (= ENG level 2) Note 1: West Ham United left Upton Park for the London Stadium in 2016; subsequently, the old ground was knocked down in the following year. The last two photos in this series show the December 2017 situation of the location of the erstwhile stadium. Note 2: photos 2-7 = April 2004 / photos 1 & 8-9: December 2017.
