Note 1: as a result of this draw (and a 2-1 aggregate victory), FC Breukelen were promoted to the Zaterdag Hoofdklasse.
Note 2: FC Breukelen is the result of a merger between vv Nijenrodes and CSV Vitesse in 2007. Prior to the merger, both clubs shared the ground which is now home to FC Breukelen. The current main pitch used to be Nijenrodes' ground, whilst Vitesse played on what is now one of the side pitches.
