Sportpark Zanderij Oost, Hillegom (SV Hillegom, formerly SV Concordia)
Netherlands, province: South Holland = Zuid-Holland
21 VI 2018 / SV Hillegom - vv Kolping Boys 5-2 A.E.T. / District West I, Sunday Leagues 1 & 2, promotion-relegation play-off QF (= NL levels 6 & 7)
Note 1: SV Hillegom were eliminated in the first round of the promotion-relegation play-offs by vv HSV (and emphatically so, 0-5), but as vv HSV were eliminated from the competition by Dutch FA after unlawful conduct in their last regular game of the season, they were replaced by Kolping Boys - and a second chance to proceed to the play-off's semi which Hillegom grabbed with both hands.
Note 2: SV Hillegom are a merger of SV Concordia (formed in 1920 and playing at Sportpark Zanderij from 1976 on) and vv Hillegom, concluded in 2012. To suit the newly formed merger club, Hillegom's town council completely renovated Concordia's club house and main pitch for first team football. The main pitch of vv Hillegom, who occupied the the western half of Sportpark Zanderij, has been left largely untouched and is nowadays being used for lower team football.
