Note 1: with one extra promotion spot available, this final match was redundant as both Sart-Tilman and Patro Othée had already secured their ticket to Provincial League 3 in the semis. Nevertheless, football authorities demanded that the final match be played.
Note 2: RCS Sart Tilman, founded in 1966, have played at their current premises since 1998. Until 2010, they groundshared at Rue de la Belle Jardinière with the now defunct club of FC Angleur.
