Note: vv De Zwaluw, founded on June 7th, 1918, played their play-off against RKKSV on the club's exact 100th birthday; unfortunately for them, it turned out to be not their lucky day, as RKKSV won 2-3 (aggregate score 3-5). As a result, RKKSV stayed up in Sunday League 4, whilst vv De Zwaluw failed to accede to that level.
