Note 1: KFC Oosterzonen, founded in 1943, were renamed Lierse Kempenzonen in 2018, filling the void left at Lier's Herman Vanderpoortenstadion (nicknamed "'t Lisp") after the demise of K Lierse SK. Since the name change, the stadium in Oosterwijk was Lierse Kempenzonen's B ground. In 2020, they were joined by VC Immer Oost Oosterwijk - in effect the new name of VC Immer Voort after the eviction of this club from their ground at Groenstraat, Voortkapel (2020). In 2023, when Lierse Kempenzonen broke its ties with Oosterwijk and Terrein Bovemansstraat, VC Immer Oost welcomed a new groundsharer in the shape of KFC Houtvenne, who had previously moved its first team football to KVC Westerlo's Stadion 't Kuipje veld 6. KVC Westerlo also moved part of its youth academy to Oosterwijk, renaming the ground 'Camp Westel'.
