Note 2: the match against Brakel was the first in which the Turnhout line-up mainly consisted of players of the Egyptian team of Wadi Degla (Turnhout's owner at that time was an Egyptian businessman).
Note 3: KV Turnhout merged with rivals FC Turnhout to form KFC Turnhout, mid-2015. In 2016, the Turnhout town council allowed the first team to 'return' to the Stadspark from their exile at the Leemshoeve.
Note 4: after being ejected from their Jan Cremers stadium, K Turnhoutse SK Hand-In-Hand (HIH) groundshared with KFC Turnhout for one season (2016-2017) before moving to the Leemshoeve.
