Note: ASV DWV merged with AVV Volewijckers to form DVC Buiksloot in 2014. The new club, later renamed ASC Volewijckers, plays its football at the ground previously occupied by AVV Volewijckers, Sportpark Buiksloterbanne. Since, Elzenhagen has been knocked down and removed.
