Stade Rémi Carlier, Comines-Warneton = Komen-Waasten Bas-Warneton = Neerwaasten (RJH Comines, formerly JS Bas-Warneton / Jespo Bas-Warneton / R Jespo Comines-Warneton)
Belgium, province: Hainaut = Henegouwen
17 V 2014 / R Jespo Comines-Warneton - Sparta Kruiseke 0-0 / West-Flanders, Provincial League 4A - promotion play-off (= BE level 8)
Note: R Jespo Comines-Warneton is the result of a merger between Jespo Bas-Warneton (founded in Jeunesse Sportive Bas-Warneton in 1975; registration number 8271) and R Union Cominoise (registration number 2298). R Union Cominoise (royal epithet acquired in 1986), in its turn, was the result of a merger between FC Saint-Henri de Comines (2298) and Racing Club (RC) de Comines (8173, foundation 1974); and, lastly, FC Saint-Henri de Comines had seen the daylight in 1964 as a merger between FC Cominois (2298, foundation 1935) and Olympic Saint-Henri Comines (6434, foundation 1961). Though the predominantly Francophone area of Komen-Waasten has been transferred from the province of West Flanders to Hainaut in Wallonia in 1963, Jespo as well as all its predecessors played their competitive football in West Flanders' provincial divisions. Following the 2023-24 season, R Jespo Comines-Warneton concludes a merger agreement with FC Houthem, resulting in the foundation of Royal Jespo Houthem (RJH) Comines, retaining Jespo's registration number 2298. Henceforth, first team football is played at Stade Rémi Carlier, with Houthem's Terrain du Cornet d'en Haut as well as Comines' Stade Communal remaining in use for lower team football and training sessions.
