Note: K Bilzerse VV, founded in 1922, merged with Waltwilder VV to form K Bilzerse-Waltwilder VV in 2014. Seven years later, in 2021, K Bilzerse-Waltwilder in its turn was absorbed into Spouwen-Mopertingen, resulting in two new entities: Belisia Bilzen SV, focusing on senior football and recreational youth football, and Belisia Youth, a football academy aiming at competing on a national level with youth teams.
