Seven years later, in 2021, K Bilzerse-Waltwilder VV in its turn was absorbed into Spouwen-Mopertingen, resulting in two new entities: Belisia Bilzen SV, focusing on senior football and recreational youth football (registration number 5775 of Spouwen-Mopertingen), and Bilzen Youth, a football academy aiming at competing on a national level with youth teams (registration number 232 of K Bilzerse-Waltwilder VV). In 2026, predictably, Bilzen Youth was absorbed into Belisia Bilzen SV - however, with the latter taking on registration number 232 and with number 5775 being erased from the Belgian FA's official lists.
