As a result, RCS Jalhaytois descends into Provincial League 4 along with the teams in fifteenth and last place in its division, RSC Lontzen and RFC Xhoffraix B.

- 2018 / Finishing in third place in Liège's Provincial League 4H, RCS Jalhaytois qualifies for the promotion play-offs, in which the club is knocked out in R1 by R Spa FC Renouveau (2-2 & penalty shoot-out).
- 2019 / RCS Jalhaytois finishes in third place in Liège's Provincial League 4G, again failing to win promotion via the play-offs.
- 2020 / In the 2019-20 season, cut short due to the first COVID lockdown in March 2020, RCS Jalhaytois finds itself top of the table in Liège's Provincial League 4G, 7 points ahead of closest followers R Spa FC Renouveau, after 24 of 30 matches played. On that basis, the club accedes to Provincial League 3 for the new season.
