Note 1: Even though the town of Landen is situated in Flemish Brabant, KOVC Landen - renamed KFC Landen in 2012 - have traditionally been competing in Belgian Limburg's provincial leagues.
Note 2: The first leg of this encounter had resulted in a 2-0 win for MD Halen, as a result of which Halen won on away goals and were promoted back into Provincial League 1, the level they had last played at in 1972.
