Sportpark Het Slobbengors, Papendrecht (vv Papendrecht)

6 VI 2015 / vv Papendrecht - vv Oude Maas 0-2 / District West II, Saturday League 2 - promotion play-off final - second leg (= NL level 6)
Note 1: PVV (Papendrechtse Voetbalvereniging) saw the daylight in 1920, but were renamed vv Papendrecht in 1927. The club played their matches at Het Zuid (Eilandstraat, 1920-21), De Kipperen (Tiendweg, 1921-23), De Hoogt (Lange Tiendweg, 1923), Oranjelaan-Dordrecht (1924-28), and IJspolder (1928-33) before settling down at Sportpark Het Slobbengors in 1933. In the years 1952-55, the ground was given a thorough facelift; in 1955, the current main pitch was put in place - although the official inauguration was not until September 1956. The current main stand dates back to 1964.
Note 2: As a result of the victory in the match attended by me at Sportpark Het Slobbengors in 2015 (on aggregate: 1-4), vv Oude Maas won promotion to Saturday League 1.
