Note 1 - After having spent decades in the lower reaches of Liège's provincial divisions, former national league club RUS Ferrières won promotion to Provincial League 1 in 2024 - only to withdraw its first team due to financial difficulties barely two months into the new season, in October 2024. As the club does not have a reserves team or a youth academy, the remainder of the season was spent in inactivity. After the departure of the previous board and the accession of a new leadership, the club will make a new start in Provincial League 3 in the 2025-26 season - the nominal punishment for clubs withdrawing for the season is to be retrograded two divisions - with a nine-point deduction as an additional penalty.
