Note 1: Park FC Houthalen, founded in 1966, did not join the Belgian Football Association's regular provincial leagues until two years later. In 1974, they moved from their old ground near Houthalen-Oost's church to their current location at Palmenstraat; in 2015, the old clubhouse was replaced by a huge new construction, which includes an all-seater stand as well as a reception room. In 2016, at its fiftieth birthday, the club obtained the royal epithet and simultaneously opted for a cosmetic name change, becoming KFC Park Houthalen.
