Netherlands, province: Guelders
18 V 2010 / VVOG - SDV Barneveld 0-2 / Promotion play-off Zaterdag 1e klasse D (= NL level 4)
Note: VOG (Voor Ons Genoegen), founded in 1927, were renamed VVOG (Voetbalvereniging Ons Genoegen) in 1935. Moving away from their old ground at Boerhaavelaan, the club settled down at Sportpark De Strokel in mid-1962. At the time of its inauguration on September 1st, 1962, the park consisted of four pitches. In 1976, a fifth was added, which has been the club's main pitch ever since, constructed in a former sand quarry, "De Kuil" (= the pit). This new pitch, as well as its main stand, were inaugurated in August 1976 with a friendly match in which VVOG hosted Belgian side RSC Anderlecht (score: 3-5).
