Note: KSK Tongeren HM merged with SK Heur in the summer of 2014 and left the Keiberg stadium for what, until then, had been Tongeren's (much smaller) youth ground, 'Kleinveldje', only to return with its first team one season after. After a matricule had been created for SK Tongeren Jeugd (youth teams) some years earlier, FC Heur-Tongeren was absorbed into this new entity (although adorned with matricule 54 of the original KSK Tongeren) in mid-2021.
