Note 1: Sporting Lebeke, founded in 1981, merged with SK Aalst to form SK Lebeke-Aalst in 2002. Youth teams played at SK Aalst's ground at Kerkhof, whilst first team football stayed in Lebeke. In 2017, SK Lebeke Aalst ceased all activities; that same year, a new Sportkring Aalst saw the daylight, taking up residence at SK Aalst's ground, whilst the premises in Lebeke were left derelict.
