Note 1: HFC Haarlem went bankrupt on January 25th, 2010, halfway through the 2009/2010 season. The FC Zwolle game was the second-last home game in the history of HFC Haarlem. Non-league side vv Kennemerland took over the premises in the summer of 2010, changing its name to Haarlem-Kennemerland FC.
Note 2: Since 2015, Haarlem-Kennemerland FC have preferred to play their first team matches on a side pitch with a 3G surface.
