Note: SK Diepenbeek from Diepenbeek-Dorpheide (formed in 1951) merged with SV Rooierheide from Diepenbeek-Rooierheide (formed in 1972) to become SK Rooierheide in 2001; forthwith, all football was moved to SK Diepenbeek's ground, as SV Rooierheide's former premises were demolished. In 2018, SK Rooierheide, in its turn, formed a merger with K Diepenbeek VV De Zwaluw; the new club, KFC Diepenbeek, has continued to make use of the sports facilities of both mother clubs, as senior teams, including the first team, are playing at Diepenbeek's Wasserijstraat, whilst the youth academy has its home at Heidestraat.
