Timeline
- 1954 / Foundation of Voetbalclub (VC) Gijmel Langdorp, which joins Belgium's FA obtaining matricule 5767. The club starts its life in Provincial League 3, the lowest level of Brabant's Provincial League pyramid. Although no certainty is to be had, it is probable that the club played at Terrein 'Op 't Sant' in the hamlet of Gijmel from the outset.
- 1966 / VC Gijmel Langdorp simplifies its name, becoming VC Langdorp.
- 1976 / After long years in the anonymity of P3, VC Langdorp wins its first-ever title - finishing first in Provincial League 3A and thus acceding to P2 for the first time.
- 1978 / Having the best season in club history, VC Langdorp finishes in 9th position in P2B.
- 1979 / After three seasons in P2, VC Langdorp is relegated to P3, finishing 15th in Provincial League 2B.
- 1982 / Following three years in P3, VC Langdorp finishes last in P3D, resulting in relegation to P4, a level at which the club had never played previously. In the following decades, the club alternates spells in P4 (1982-86, 1988-90, 2002-12, 2022-) and P3 (1986-88, 1990-2002, 2012-22).
- 2012 / Finishing in first place in P4H with an advantage of no fewer than 12 points over closest rivals VK Kortrijk-Dutsel, VC Langdorp clinches the first title in club history. That same year, the club also obtains the royal epithet, thus becoming Koninklijke Voetbalclub (KVC) Langdorp.
- 2018 / A merger is concluded between KVC Langdorp's derby rivals FC Rillaar Sport (matricule 5825) and VC Wolfsdonk Sport (7162), resulting in the foundation of Rillaar-Wolfsdonk-Langdorp (RWL) Sport, in which Wolfsdonk's matricule is retained. Although KVC Langdorp continues life independently, the club's youth academy is taken over by RWL Sport, which is also allowed to make use of Terrein Op 't Sant for part of its youth matches and training sessions.
- 2021 / As RWL Sport abandons its first team location at Schoonderbukenweg in Rillaar, moving first team football to Terrein Langestraat, also in Rillaar, the merger club retains three grounds; apart from Terrein Op 't Sant and Terrein Langestraat, there is Wolfsdonk's ground at Volkensvoortstraat, which hosts the lion's share of youth matches.
- 2022 / KVC Langdorp suffers relegation from P3B by finishing 14th and second last with only 12 points in 28 matches - the nadir of the season being a 9-0 away defeat at KFC Sparta Haacht-Statie.
- 2023 / Finishing in fifth place in Provincial League 4E, KVC Langdorp qualifies for the promotion play-offs, in which it is eliminated in R1 by VC Leeuwkens Teralfene B (1-6).
- 2024 / Runners-up in P4E, 5 points behind champions SK Plenke Werchter, KVC Langdorp qualifies for the promotion play-offs. Successively defeating RC Meldert (7-2), KFC Markzonen Tollembeek (3-1 A.E.T.), and OHR Huldenberg B (1-3), the club manages a return to Provincial League 3 after an absence of two seasons.
