Note: PSV Melveren, founded in 1972, merged with BJK Sint-Truiden in 2008, forming VKM Sint-Truiden (VKM = Vereniging Kozen/Kortenbos Melveren). Whilst first team football of the new merger club was played at BJK's ground in Kortenbos, the premises in Melveren were used for some more time for training purposes. I have not been able to find out in which year exactly the ground in Melveren was finally abandoned.
