Note 1: US Pont-à-Celles, founded in 1967, merged with FC Buzet in 1994, forming Pont-à-Celles Buzet. The club have played their football at Pont-à-Celles' grounds ever since. In April 2019, the ground was renamed after the club's former president, Renaud Van Mellaert, who died in a tragic accident in 2017.
