Complex 'Kolonie', Merksplas Kolonie (K Merksplas SK - B ground)

Note: situated in a former re-education colony which housed vagrants and beggars, the Kolonie sports facilities, commissioned by Merksplas' town council, were inaugurated in 2017. First and foremost, the three pitches are used by K Merksplas SK (who play their football at another ground, Hofeinde) for training purposes. Moreover, there are several recreational teams playing their matches at Kolonie, which include KVDV sides Sir Lancelot and FC Chapeau. For the 2019/2020 season, they are joined by Den Booze United '91, who usually play their matches at Sportcentrum De Valk in Rijkevorsel, but were so unhappy about the state of the pitch there that they decided to temporarily move to Merksplas.
