Note: FC Destelbergen moved to their current ground one year after the club's foundation in 1950. In the summer of 2020, FC Destelbergen absorbed their smaller neighbour club VS Destelbergen without changing their name as a result. VS Destelbergen's ground at Kerkham, which incidentally also was FC Destelbergen's ground in 1950-51, has remained in use for training purposes and lower team football. In 2024, FC Destelbergen concluded a merger with KFC Heusden Sport, resulting in the foundation of Koninklijke Familiale Vereniging (KFV) Hedes (Hedes being an artificial acronym of Heusden-Destelbergen), retaining Heusden's registration number 2173. Since, first team football has been played at Terrein Bergenmeers, while Heusden's Terrein Steenakkerstraat remains in use for lower team football and training sessions. With KFV Hedes effectively withdrawing its A team in 2025 after an unsuccessful season in East Flanders' Provincial League 1, in which the club finished bottom of the table, the club continues with a first team playing at Terrein Steenakkerstraat in Heusden, with a new B team being formed, which plays its football at Terrein Bergenmeers, starting its life in Provincial League 4.
