Note 1 - Etoile Sportive Orgeotoise, founded in 1927 (matricule 973), obtained the royal epithet in 1952, thus becoming RES Orgeotoise. In the 2018/19 season, while Orgeo's Stade Félix Lebichot was renovated, the club's teams played their football at Stade Jules Guillaume in Bertrix and Les Houpettes in Rossart. It is unclear if RES Orgeotoise played its home matches at the ground now known as Stade Félix Lebichot from the outset.
