Note: SV Anzegem, founded in 1958 (matricule 6122), played at Sportpark De Drie Kaven from 2002 onwards. In the 2022-23 season, with KSV Anzegem playing in VFV Amateur Division 3A, the club did not manage to finish the season due to financial reasons. After the season, KSV Anzegem folded, with a new club being founded in Anzegem straightaway in the shape of Jong Anzegem (matricule 9810).
