Note: BV De Graafschap have had their youth academy at Sportpark Bezelhorst Zuid since 2002, but over the years their reserves' teams played most of their matches in Stadion De Vijverberg or at local non-league grounds such as GWVV's Sportpark Buitenham in Varsselder, vv VIOD's Sportpark Dichteren in Doetinchem and, lastly, SV DZC '68's refurbished Sportpark Zuid II, also in Doetinchem. From the summer of 2018 onwards, however, all of De Graafschap's lower teams are home at the youth academy, though for some matches the adjacent Sportpark Bezelhorst Noord, home to non-leaguers vv Doetinchem, is used.
