29 VIII 2021 / SK Heusden 06 - RC Reppel B 2-1 / Limburg, District South West - Provincial Cup, group stage

Note: SK Heusden, founded in 1936 (matricule 2614), acquired the royal epithet fifty years later. In 1999, the club merged with K Helzold FC, forming K Heusden-Zolder, with all teams playing at KSK Heusden's ground, Noordberm; meanwhile, Helzold's stadium, which exists until this day, was abandoned. In 2003, the club, who had rapidly climbed up the league ladder, won promotion to Belgium's top flight. As Heusden's ground was deemed unfit for Division 1, the club moved their first team's home matches to KRC Genk's Fenixstadion. The adventure in League 1 lasted for one season only. The following year, the club changed their name to K Beringen-Heusden-Zolder - and home matches in National League Division 2 were played at the first side pitch of Genk's Fenixstadion for one season (2004-2005) and then for the next season (2005-2006) to Beringen's Mijnstadion. Meanwhile, the Noordberm Stadium remained in use for lower team football and training purposes. In 2006, K Beringen-Heusden-Zolder ceased all activities. In Heusden, a successor club saw the daylight, SK Heusden 06, which took up playing at Noordberm, starting at the bottom of the Provincial League ladder. Since 2006, firmly laying the focus on their youth academy rather than on their first team, the club have never won promotion from Provincial League 4.
