BELGIUM: R Entente Hesbignonne Bierwart (1941-2002) / ES Fernelmont (B) (2002-2011) / RS Fernelmont-Hemptinne (C) (2011-) / R Entente Wartet FC (2021-2022)

Rue du Jonckay, Bierwart (RS Fernelmont-Hemptinne - C ground, formerly R EH Bierwart / B ground of ES Fernelmont)

Belgium, province: Namur = Namen

9 X 2021 / R Entente Wartet FC - SC Mazycien Reserves 8-2 / Namur, Reserves' League - group B

Note 1: R Entente Hesbignonne Bierwart, founded in 1941, merged with Red Star Forvillois in 2002, forming Entente Sportive Fernelmont; first team football moved to the ground in Forville. Even after ES Fernelmont's merger with RS Hemptinne in 2011, the premises in Bierwart have always remained in use for training purposes. For the 2021/2022 season, R Entente Wartet FC from nearby Wartet are moving all their activities to Bierwart while a new grass pitch is being installed at their own ground at Grand-Rue; in September, however, after just five matches, Wartet's first team was withdrawn from Namur's Provincial League 4A - and for that reason I chose to attend a home match of the club's reserves' squad instead to add the ground in Bierwart to my 'collection'.

Note 2: Below, a compilation of photos of two different visits: pictures 1-4 = non-matchday visit, July 2021 / pictures 5-19 = match visit, October 2021.
