Note: Founded as RKVV IVO (Rooms-Katholieke Voetbalvereniging 'In Vriendschap Opwaarts'), the football club of Partij, a hamlet in the far south of the Dutch part of Limburg, were constrained by the Netherlands' Football Association to change their name before being admitted as members due to the abbreviation IVO already being in use by another club - RKSV IVO ('Inspanning voor Ontspanning') from Velden, also in Limburg. Although choosing vv Partij '33 as its official name, the club remained known locally as IVO. Although the exact date could not be ascertained, vv Partij probably moved to their current ground in the first half of the 1950s.
