Note - vv CAB (Combinatie Achilles Bolsward), founded in 1905, was the socialist football club in Bolsward. The club moved into Sportpark Het Bolwerk Zuid in 1966. In 2013, vv CAB concluded a merger with the town's Protestant club, CVV Bolswardia, resulting in the foundation of SC Bolsward - into which the third club in Bolsward, the Roman-Catholic vv RES, allowed itself to be absorbed two years later. Since, first team football has been played on CVV Bolswardia's former main pitch, Sportpark Het Bolwerk Midden.
