Note 1: FC Eendracht Berbroek (registration number 7234, founded in 1968) was not the first club from Berbroek affiliated to the Belgian Football Association, as FC Berbroek (number 5572) joined in 1952, played in Limburg's local leagues for just one season before folding. In 2001, FC Eendracht Berbroek concluded a merger with Rapid Schulen, forming BS Sport-Berbroek Schulen under Schulen's number 5470. From that time on, first team football took place in Berbroek, while the club's youth academy was home at Schulen's Terrein Manestraat - where it remained until its takeover by K Herk FC in 2019. Following the 2021-22 season, BS Sport withdrew from first team football, with the club eventually folding in 2023.
